You will walk away with the knowledge and confidence to accurately prescribe the best Dermalogica product solutions for home care, and design an effective treatment customized to your client’s individual concerns. 

 You will also learn how to:

• Use Face Mapping in the retail setting and the professional treatment room
• Go through the simple steps to approach customers and have a conversation about their skin
• Read skin conditions and skin types within the zones
• Perform a thorough consultation with the Dermalogica Consultation Card
• Navigate the Skin Fitness Plan to map findings and prescribe home care
• Present your findings to close the sale and keep your customers returning to your business

Please note, we require Professional Skin Therapist attire for all hands on practical workshops. You may wear your skin centre uniform or you may wear a pair of scrubs. Additionally, flat shoes, hair back (if applicable) and short nails are all required for hands on workshop participation.
